I received a fun phone call the other day, a friend of mine called and asked if I could help him surprise his wife with a new living room. Of course I said yes. Even with a tight time line, I absolutely love how it turned out and even better, so did she! :) They had some stuff at their house that I was able to move from different rooms (and storage), I just needed to pull it all together and add a few new pieces. ^This is a dining room hutch turned TV stand.^ ^These homeowners own a brewery and had grain bags in their basement. He had mentioned to me that it would be fun to hang them on a canvas and hang them in the room and I agreed! So here are the grain bag canvas. : ^ ^I love that he was willing to have some fun with the deer. I hear that it will be dressed up for each season! :) ^ ^I saw this tray at Home Goods and thought of these home owners right away. I found the shed antlers in their basement and the mason jars. I filled the mason jars with coffee beans (did I mention that their brewery is also a coffee house?) and candles. It smelled amazing!^ ^The floor lamp did not have a shade and because of the type of lamp, it was not set up for just any shade. So we had to do some re-building to it and decided to use a basket and clear bulbs. It cast a cool shadow on the room.^ ^Their Elf on the Shelf helped out, too! ;)^ Thank you for checking this room out! I hope you enjoyed it!
